  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our art prints as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Printful Integration (Third-Party Fulfillment): We use a third-party print-on-demand service, Printful, to produce and ship all art prints.

    • Limitation of Liability (Fulfillment): While we strive for quality, we are reliant on Printful for manufacturing quality, production speed, and logistics. We are not responsible for any delays, errors, or damage caused by Printful or their shipping carriers, except as specified in our Return and Refund Policy (which covers Printful defects).

    • You acknowledge that the manufacturing, shipping, and delivery processes are handled by Printful and its partners.

 

3. Orders, Billing, and Account Information

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes, duties, or fees imposed by any jurisdiction on your order.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (Art Prints)

  • Ownership of Art: All content and artwork displayed on this site, including but not limited to, the art prints sold, are the intellectual property of Joe Gaffney or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: When you purchase an art print, you are purchasing the physical item only. You are not purchasing the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the art itself.

  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, or exploit any artwork or content on this site for any commercial purpose without express written permission from us.
